History of the Peruvian Oasis

Nearly 100 years ago the Peruvian people lived in the desert of Peru stuck between the Pacific ocean and the massive sand dunes. Somehow they were fortunate enough to stumble across a beautiful Peruvian Oasis just a few kilometers from the ocean. This Peruvian Oasis was magnificent and everything the people could ask for.

Tourist Oasis

Fortunately for travelers, the Peruvian people didn’t keep it all to themselves. This oasis has now become an amazing tourist location where people from around the world travel to see. It has also developed into quite the premier party spot in Peru. Adventures are not left out either. If you like sand buggies, sandboarding, all-night parties, and late-night snacks out of the back of a truck the this is the spot for you.

Hostel Life

In the center of the Peruvian Oasis, there is a beautiful lagoon that shined by the sun and you can take small canoes out and relax. This oasis is something you see in a movie, it comes out of nowhere while driving. I stayed at the hostel WildRover and it is definitely the party spot. There isn’t much sleeping going on in this Peruvian Oasis unless you stay in one of the few hotels. This is without a doubt a must-see if you are traveling throughout Peru but be careful because you aren’t going to get much rest. 

Today there are still stories that are spoken about what the water can do, is it magical? Can it really provide miracles?
